We ask that clients kindly provide a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours or no show your appointment you will charged 100% of the scheduled service.
While we understand circumstances come up that are out of our control, please know that if you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment there is a chance you will not be provided the full service you scheduled for. Please contact your stylist.
All new clients are required to put a non-refundable deposit down when booking a new extension install. Extension clients will be required to pay a $500 deposit to book. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the total of the appointment. Deposits are transferable if rescheduled within the allotted time, but not refundable.
We want all guests of The Modern Blonde to love their hair. if you get home and decide you don’t like something due to technical error, reach out to the salon within 48 hours to schedule an adjustment appointment. We are happy to rectify any mistake made on our end. The adjustment must be scheduled within 7 days of your original date of service. Due to the extensive time + product spent during custom color and/or extension appointments, we do not offer refunds.
If we did not take your deposit upon booking, you will be required to pay this fee when booking a new appointment. We understand circumstances out of your control may arise, we will use discretion when necessary.
